Dear Colleagues,

The Planning Committee for the 2019 VALE Users’/ACRL-NJ/ NJLA CUS Conference seeks proposals for Poster and Breakout Sessions to be presented at the next conference, Friday, January 4, 2019, at the Busch Campus Center of Rutgers University.

This year’s theme is:

“20 Years Later: Redefining Libraries’ Core Values in Disruptive Times”

Deadline & Notification

Completed proposals are due no later than Friday, October 5, 2018. Decisions regarding the proposals will be announced by Tuesday, November 13, 2018.

Our Annual Conference is the largest gathering of academic librarians in the state.

Every year we have capacity attendance of nearly 300 academic librarians and this year’s exciting agenda and keynote speaker will again draw a large crowd.

This year’s theme is 20 Years Later: Redefining Libraries’ Core Values in Disruptive Times.

In an effort to offset conference costs we invite you to become a sponsor of the conference.

Unfortunately space limitations preclude vendor demonstrations or displays, but we welcome you to attend and all sponsors will be recognized in the printed program and publicly acknowledged in the opening and closing remarks.

SPONSORSHIP ADS:

Full Page Ad (7 ¾” HIGH x 4 ¾” WIDE) – $ 600

Half Page Ad (3 ¾” HIGH x 4 ¾” WIDE) – $ 300

The copy/art should be emailed as a PDF in black and white. If the ad is in color, please convert it to black and white. If Pagemaker or Quark is used, the printer will need a copy of all the fonts used plus a copy of all the original art. The copy/art needs to be sized to the dimension it will be printed in (no bleeds). Ads should be sent to melissa.lena@njedge.net
