• Pay by check: make check payable to “VALE/NJEdge” and mail to VALE / NJEdge c/o Launch Pad, 625 Broad Street., Suite 240, Newark, NJ 07102
• Pay by credit card: If you elected to pay by credit card, you will be emailed an e-invoice from invoice@authorize.net  with a link to a secure payment site.

Ad Specs

Ad specs will be emailed to you. The deadline to submit your program advertisement is Thursday, December 5th.

Exhibitor Floor Plan

Booth Assignments & Exhibit Hall Floorplan will be released 30 days prior to the program.
Your available display space is 10’ Wide (back) and 10’ Deep (sides). Please create banners, signage, display pieces, etc. accordingly. VALE/Edge and/or PSAV reserve the right to have materials that do not fit in your designated area removed or taken down at their discretion.
