Program Description:
Self-awareness is the foundation of emotional intelligence, yet research shows that while most people believe they are self-aware, only a small percentage truly are. This interactive workshop will help participants explore the key components of self-awareness and develop practical strategies for deepening their understanding of themselves and their impact on others. Through engaging discussions and exercises, we will examine private self-awareness—knowing our values, passions, aspirations, and ideal environments—and public self-awareness—understanding how our reactions, patterns, and behaviors shape the way others perceive us. Using the framework of “The Mirror and the Portrait,” participants will reflect on how they see themselves versus how they are seen by others, uncovering valuable insights to enhance their personal and professional growth.
