DESCRIPTION:Please click here to Register. \n\n  \nPlease click here to see the overview and the full agenda.  \n\n\n  \nThis interactive in person workshop is designed for academic librarians seeking to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI)\, Open Access (OA) content\, and institutional library tools into their instructional practices and library outreach. Librarians will explore practical AI tools to enhance their instructional design\, user engagement\, and content delivery. They will also learn to embed open access and library-curated content directly into Canvas to support faculty and students more effectively. \nThe session will include demonstrations\, hands-on activities\, and discussions on the ethical use of AI in academic settings. \nBy the end of this session\, participants will be able to: \n\nIdentify AI tools relevant to library instruction\, content creation\, and research support.\nUse AI to design and enhance information literacy sessions and asynchronous modules.\nIntegrate library tools\, OA content\, and AI-generated materials into Canvas courses.\nUnderstand ethical considerations and promote responsible use of AI in academic settings.
