Call for Proposals
The Planning Committee for the 2018 VALE Users’/ACRL-NJ/ NJLA CUS Conference seeks proposals for Poster and Breakout Sessions to be presented at the next conference, Friday, January 5, 2018, at the Busch Campus Center of Rutgers University.
This year’s theme is: “Innovate, Create, Collaborate: Moving Libraries Forward.”
The Planning Committee welcomes poster sessions, breakout sessions and lightning talk proposals showcasing partnerships, policies, programs, services, and other initiatives that demonstrate efforts to move libraries forward. An example of moving libraries forward can be anything from developing a new partnership, meeting a user need or a complete library renovation. There is no initiative that is too small to share. Proposals highlighting initiatives that are motivated by trends in academic libraries or current events are particular encouraged.
